Transition from the current organisation model to a new one at an enterprise or division level is not something that happens often and as such it is not always clear who in the organisation is responsible for all the moving part.  Generally, HR functions have a lot of the process and tools in place but are stretched with day-to-day activities and struggle to switch to what can be time consuming and emotionally draining work.

We help clients by providing frameworks, project management and techniques together with lesson learnt from numerous past transition projects and can add resources to help during the crunch periods.

 

Change is core to the success of any redesign project no matter how small. There are many well proven approaches to change, and we don’t reinvent them, but do combine the best tools and methods we have found that work for particular situation. We have carried out numerous change programs both in support of organization redesign and new systems implementation and work with a wide range of change associates.
