Vision

  • To build organisation design and related capability for HR and transformation professionals

  • To increase the knowledge of organisation design techniques

Purpose

  • Counter the many myths and misunderstandings about organisation design

  • Foster and develop In house capability which will reduce the cost and reliance on big consulting firms or make managing them easier

  • To counter the problems arising from the tendency to go for quick solutions (such as just drawing new org charts)

Mission

  • Spread years of OD knowledge via blogs/articles, advisory  etc

  • Design, build and host a handful or organisation design and related training courses

Delivering org design training

The Team

I learnt organisation design and operating model skills from some brilliant consulting  partners and working alongside an amazing set of colleagues from KPMG and PwC. I have refined this by spending some 20000 hours  leading  numerous major global and national redesign projects. 

Working with my small team I built an EMEA wide training curriculum training over 200 consultants and exported this knowledge to network firms in Australia and the USA. I worked on a  global initiative to build a digital twin org design functionally to use  with clients.

After working client side as Global Head of Organisation Design, I took up freelancing which I have being doing for  5 years.

I run organisation design and allied training courses, most  recently the Advanced Organisation Design Masterclass in Singapore

I still find the world of organisation design exciting, and after a long career in this field I want to give back and share my knowledge as widely as possible.
