I use my extensive experience in organisation design to design and deliver a selection of focused practical Organization Design training:

Organisation Design Fundamentals - a daylong session equipping participants with the key elements of organisation design

Advanced Organization Design Masterclass – three day (or 6 half days) online or in person sessions taking participants through the full lifecycle of an organisation design project working through practical application of the tools and techniques through a course long case study, supplemented by other practical exercises

Strategic Workforce Planning -a half day course equipping participants with the theory and practice of modern workforce planning techniques

Transition planning – a half day course aimed mainly at HR professional or transformation leaders to refresh tools and techniques to deliver a fair, fast and minimally disrupted transition following a transformation or redesign

In each session I leave space for an extensive Q&A , which helps link what people lean to their day to work challenges

All these courses run periodically and open to all and I deliver bespoke versions for clients
